Mississippi Families for Kids (MFFK) would like to invite you to help us honor our Champions for Children at our 2nd Annual Holiday Gala on Thursday, December 5, 2019 which will be held at Bridlewood of Madison located at 3024 Highway 22 in Madison, MS.   This exciting celebration will be filled with laughter, fellowship, and memorable times as we honor our community champions.  The Gala will offer a festive atmosphere filled with live entertainment, fabulous food, drawdown, silent auction, and raffle.

 

This year, MFFK is celebrating 20 years of service to the state of Mississippi.  As a non-profit organization, MFFK is dedicated to breaking the silence, giving voice to the cause, and working to find permanent homes for children who are currently in the adoption and foster care program in Mississippi. 

 

We are proud to honor past Board Members who were instrumental in building the foundation for this organization, which has worked to unite families across the state for over two decades.  These individuals have been consistent supporters of Mississippi Families for Kids and the families we have served over the years.  They also use their talents and resources throughout their local communities. 

 

Your contributions will assist Mississippi Families for Kids in helping families who want to adopt.  Your support will help MFFK continue to provide an annual youth leadership camp for teens in our community, an annual scholarship program, our statewide kinship care program, early intervention services for young children, and help us to find a permanent home of our own.  Your dollars of support are still needed to maintain and sustain critically needed services in the State of Mississippi.  The Champions for Children Gala is a wonderful venue to promote your business and services to the community and its leaders.

Mississippi Families for Kids is a statewide, private 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization instituted in 1994 and incorporated in 1998. The mission of Mississippi Families for Kids is to ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of children and families through the development of educational services and specialized trainings. The organization’s primary function is to implement child-focused, solution-based, and community service programs that are dedicated to improving the conditions of families and children. The agency offers a broad array of community based child welfare services including, but not limited to, adoption, training, counseling, behavior therapy, referral sources, kinship care support and children's support groups.
